The Virgin Queen by MARYMARU The Virgin Queen by MARYMARU
NAME : Elizabeth I
RANK : The Virgin Queen
WEAPONS : Sovereign's Rainstorm Scepter and Burning Sun Orb
TEMPER : Calm and sagacious. She will be more vigorous and resolute when she's in battle.

One afternoon, after the end of the meeting with courtiers, Elizabeth perambulated alone at the ancestors' treasures room. Among many jewels and glorious valuables, she found a plain bottle of wine. Elizabeth was interested in the bottle, so she tasted a small mouthful. Suddenly, her body got lighter, she was surprised to find her body degenerated into a child's.
Mistakenly drank, the potion turned the Queen into a child but she was actually very satisfied with her new body. Afterwards, she got rid of love and desire to focus wholeheartedly on the state's political and military business. She created a prosperous golden age, and became the greatest queen of England.

it is beautifully wrought but sad, in that there is an element of truth here; Elizabeth did indeed attempt to squelch her emotions and rule with pure strategic cunning, though the Essex affair and the debacle with her cousin Mary of Scots show that this did not always remain possible. Somewhere in her likely remained the vunerable and motherless child, and for all Gloriana accomplished, she remains a tragic figure
